Who Are We?
Joe Warren & Sons Co., Inc., is a leading provider of unparalleled commercial refrigeration and food equipment services. We provide service for the entire commercial kitchen and refrigeration environment by providing the highest quality, 24/7 technical expertise, installation, equipment repair, maintenance, consultation and sales to institutions, corporate enterprises and direct end users. Our customers are our #1 priority.

We are a family owned business founded in 1991 that has grown to service much of New England. Our headquarters are strategically located in Norwood, Massachusetts which allows fast response times to cities like Boston and Providence, as well as all surrounding cities, towns and suburbs. As of August 2018, we have settled into our new, state of the art 31,000 sq. ft. facility which offers ample space to house our replacement parts inventory, Test Kitchen, loaner equipment, and all of the tools we need to get the job done right. To be closer to some of our northern customers and to provide faster response, we opened our first branch office in Brentwood, NH in September of 2016. We also offer “Walk-In or Drop-Off” service at both offices.

While we are customer driven, we are also employee-focused. We currently have an all-star team of 100+ employees including 45 field service technicians (growing!) and administrative support associates. Company History

Joe Warren founded Joe Warren & Sons Co., Inc. in 1991 After graduating high school, Joe enlisted in the army and served as a combat engineer in Germany. Following his military service, Joe began his career as an apprentice for a refrigeration repair company. He then went on to work for a local food service company where he became licensed in refrigeration, gas, steam and electrical repair and maintenance. After identifying a lack of communication between the company and its customers, Joe decided to branch out on his own. He began by working out of his cellar with one service vehicle and one technician. The company has since grown into a thriving business with over 100 employees and a 31,000-square-foot headquarters.
