We foster an inclusive environment to tap into the energy and ideas of our people to make our company stronger. And we invest in our people through a generous tuition aid program and world-class training at The Learning Center in Long Island City. We want great, fresh ideas that challenge us to do better each day.

Core Responsibilities

Consolidated Edison is the innovative leader in infrastructure, cyber security, technology, transmission, and clean energy policy. As frontrunners in shaping the future of energy production, transmission, and delivery, we seek the best and the brightest to join us in shaping the future of energy.

Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) has three program tracks: Engineering, Information Technology, and Business. Our program consists of:

Three (3) intensive six-month rotational assignments throughout the New York City, Westchester and Rockland Counties designed to grow your knowledge of our operations and how we do business.

Ongoing coaching and feedback from our best-in-class LDP support team

Deliver formal presentations to company leaders during and at the end of each assignment, showcase your depth of knowledge, key process improvement recommendations, accomplishments, and lessons learned

Cross-functional training to develop your leadership and technical skill sets while cultivating your knowledge of the energy industry
